Payments

To purchase on the website, registration is required by completing the appropriate form.

The buyer will receive an automatic summary from the website first, and then our order confirmation, at the email address provided during registration.
The order confirmation will only be sent for payment methods using advance bank transfer and advance PayPal and will contain the order processing time, product prices, shipping costs, and payment instructions.

Order processing is understood to occur once payment has been credited, and the amount is to be paid in full unless the customer agrees, for orders of a certain value, to pay a deposit upon order acceptance and a balance amount to be paid within the times we establish (when goods are ready).

Payments are always considered advance payments and can be made using the following methods:

- PayPal: this is a secure way to pay for online purchases without providing credit card details to the seller. It is sufficient to register on www.paypal.it and register a credit card, a prepaid card, or a bank or postal account to use as a payment method. If the customer opts for this payment method, collection fees, communicated in the order confirmation, will be applied.

- Credit card: we accept all credit cards, including prepaid cards, belonging to the following circuits: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and Visa Electron.

- Bank transfer: in this case, bank details will be communicated in the order confirmation email. The reason for payment on the bank transfer must indicate the order number and the company name of the ordering party. It is also preferable to send us an email copy of the bank transfer, possibly with the CRO number, to reserve the goods.

Payment must be made within 24 working hours of our order confirmation, after which the order will be canceled.

The customer undertakes to pay the full amount of the order including any bank commissions (including those on international bank transfers). Sums received net of such commissions or otherwise not corresponding to the order amount must be supplemented by the customer, failing which the order will be canceled.

 

The invoice will be sent upon order fulfillment. Furthermore, it will also be available in traditional and electronic format in the user area.
