Shipping policy
For products already available in our warehouses, shipping takes place within 3/7 working days from receipt of payment via PayPal, credit card, or advance bank transfer.
As for products that need to be ordered from the supplier, delivery times vary from 3 days to 4 weeks, which will in any case be communicated in the order confirmation received by the customer.
In all cases, the customer will be notified by email regarding the shipment departure date.
The ordered goods will be shipped by carrier to the address provided by the buyer at the time of the order. Novalberg declines all responsibility regarding transport carried out by the Bartolini courier (delivery delays, damage during transport, etc.). Delivery times are normally 24/48 hours from shipment, excluding islands and remote areas and subject to unforeseen circumstances.
Transport costs are always borne by the buyer and are shown in the cart, but may be subject to changes. The actual costs will be definitively calculated in our order confirmation that the customer will receive by email after submitting the order through the website.
It is also possible to request additional services in the order notes, such as scheduled delivery, delivery to lower or upper floors, or the use of a tail lift, whose additional costs will always be indicated in the order confirmation.
Deliveries are intended to be made curbside and at street level.
Free shipping for orders over €500 + VAT applies exclusively to purchases made through the online portal and does not extend to purchases made at the physical store. Please also note that this offer does not include the supply of large equipment (kitchens, refrigerated cabinets, etc.)
Locations considered remote by the courier involve the addition of a surcharge communicated in the order confirmation and longer delivery times than those normally expected.
In the event of difficulties or failed delivery, the buyer is required to promptly inform Novalberg; any storage, warehousing, redelivery, etc. costs charged by the courier shall be borne exclusively by the buyer.
The goods travel at the buyer’s risk. Upon delivery, the buyer is required to verify that the number of parcels indicated on the waybill matches the number of parcels actually delivered and that the parcels are intact. In the event that the packaging is not perfectly intact, it is necessary to write on the courier’s waybill the wording “accepted subject to inspection” specifying the anomaly found (e.g. missing parcels, damaged package, etc.) and promptly notify Novalberg by sending a copy of the delivery note signed with reservation and, if possible, photos relating to the damage/anomaly.
In the case of damaged parcels accepted with reservation, we may only claim against the courier if the customer opted for shipment with insurance coverage.
It is understood that for damaged goods accepted without reservation and without insurance coverage, Novalberg will not accept reports of anomalies, and at that point the customer may decide whether to pay for another spare part with related transport costs by placing a new order on the website.
If the customer wishes to cancel the order, this may only be done before the goods are shipped. If the communication is not made or is made after shipment, the buyer is required to fully bear the transport costs, including any storage costs.
Such costs may be withheld by Novalberg from the amount paid for the purchase of the goods up to the amount due. Any remaining balance must however be used for the purchase of other goods.
If, instead, the customer requests the cancellation of an order for reserved goods and has already paid a deposit, any refund shall be at Novalberg’s discretion.
