Transport

For products already available in our warehouses, shipping takes place within 3/7 working days from payment accreditation via PayPal, credit card or advance bank transfer.
For products that can be ordered from the supplier, delivery times vary from 3 days to 4 weeks, as communicated in the order confirmation that the customer will receive.
In any case, the customer will be notified by email about the order's departure day.

The ordered goods will be shipped by carrier to the address indicated by the buyer at the time of the order. Novalberg declines all responsibility regarding transport carried out by courier (delivery delays, damage during transport, etc.). Delivery times are normally 24/48 hours from the moment of shipment, excluding islands and disadvantaged areas, and barring unforeseen circumstances.

Transport costs are always borne by the buyer and are highlighted in the shopping cart but may vary; the actual costs will be definitively calculated in our order confirmation that the customer will receive via email after submitting the order from the website.
It is also possible to request additional services in the order notes, such as delivery by appointment, delivery to lower or upper floors, or the use of a tail lift, the supplementary costs of which will always be indicated in the order confirmation.
Deliveries are considered curbside and at street level.

Free shipping for orders over €500 + VAT is applicable exclusively to purchases made through the online portal and does not extend to purchases made at the physical store. It is also specified that this benefit does not include the supply of large systems (kitchens, refrigerated cabinets, etc.)

Locations considered disadvantaged by the courier incur an additional surcharge communicated in the order confirmation and longer delivery times than normally expected.

In case of difficulty or non-delivery, the buyer is required to promptly inform Novalberg; any storage, warehousing, redelivery, etc. costs charged by the courier are to be borne exclusively by the buyer.

The goods travel at the buyer's risk, who, upon delivery, must verify the correspondence between the number of packages indicated on the waybill and the number of packages actually delivered, as well as their integrity. In the case of packaging that is not perfectly intact, it is necessary to write "acceptance with reservation of inspection" on the courier's waybill, also specifying the anomaly found (e.g.: missing packages, broken package, etc.), and promptly notify Novalberg by sending a copy of the signed delivery note with reservation and, if possible, photos of the damage/anomaly.
In the case of damaged packages accepted with reservation, we can only claim against the courier if the customer has opted for shipping with insurance coverage.
It is understood that for damaged goods accepted without reservation of inspection and without insurance coverage, Novalberg will not be able to accept reports of anomalies, and at that point, the customer may decide whether to pay for another replacement part with related transport by placing a new order from the website.

If the customer wishes to cancel the order, they can only do so before the goods are dispatched. If the communication is not made or is made after dispatch, the buyer is obliged to bear the full transport costs, including any storage costs.

Such costs may be withheld by Novalberg from the amount paid for the purchase of the goods up to the amount due. Any difference must in any case be spent on the purchase of other material.
If, however, the customer requests the cancellation of an order for reserved goods and has already paid a deposit, any refund will be at Novalberg's discretion.
