Anodized aluminum peel for pizza by the meter, a particular type of pizza in a maxi format. The pizza can be loaded directly with the tool, or the dough can be spread and topped directly on the peel.

For this reason, a robust tool is needed, which facilitates the sliding of the dough onto the refractory stone of the oven and is at the same time light and easy to handle.

The size of the peel also requires, when putting the pizza in the oven, that the peel is supported by hand.

Gi.Metal's proposal for pizza by the meter is to replace wood, commonly used for this type of peel, in favor of a light, solid, durable and certainly more hygienic material such as anodized aluminum. The neutral anodization makes the surface of the peel uniform, protecting it from oxidation, as well as guaranteeing incomparable lightness.
