It has a reduced weight compared to classic models but extreme strength with an oval tubular handle for greater stability.

The light and flexible head allows a spatula effect with special ribs that ensure hold; the neutral anodising makes the surface uniform and protects it from oxidation; the gentle and regular milling facilitates the pizza's ascent.

The head-handle joint consists of the overlapping of the two elements secured by three large in-line rivets that guarantee safety and immovability; furthermore, the absence of vibrations transmitted to the handle provides greater comfort of use.
