Silpat® is the ideal non-stick mat for baking viennoiseries, such as croissants, brioches and similar items, and all pastry and bakery preparations.
- Also excellent for working with sugar. Resistant to temperatures from - 40 °C to + 280 °C. Suitable for oven, fridge and freezer.
- It can be placed on the work surface or directly on the baking tray, instead of baking paper and foil, as a base for casseroles and fruit tarts.
- Made of fiberglass fabric coated with food-grade silicone on both sides. It can be pressed, rolled or folded without the risk of losing its original properties.
