Paderno rectangular baking tray, excellent for preparing breadsticks, cakes, biscuits, pizza slices, and focaccia. The high edges ensure that the dough does not spill out during baking.

• Iron is an excellent heat conductor, ensuring even baking and promoting the aeration of doughs. Resistant to the high temperatures of electric, gas, or convection ovens.
• For first use, brush with oil and bake at 150°C for approximately 30 minutes. Let cool completely and repeat the process to create a non-stick coating on the tray.
• Do not cut directly on the tray to preserve its proper function. Unlike Teflon pans, the absence of coating avoids the risk of contaminating food.
